01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between ec777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ec777 website located at ec777.ws and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.

Your continued use of ec777 following any update or revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 03 Account Security & Responsibility

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Banking

ec777 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied on the ec777 platform.

Accepted deposit methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits, typically credited within seconds of transaction confirmation.
• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet deposits, typically credited within seconds of transaction confirmation.
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer deposits, typically processed within 1–3 business hours.

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the ec777 cashier at the time of transaction. These amounts may be updated periodically and the cashier interface will always reflect the current applicable limits.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification completion. ec777 processes withdrawal requests within the timelines specified in the cashier. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer than mobile wallet withdrawals due to the processing schedules of the respective financial institutions. ec777 is not responsible for delays caused by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or any other third-party payment processor once funds have been dispatched from the ec777 system.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to a person other than the ec777 account holder — are strictly prohibited. ec777 reserves the right to return funds and close any account where third-party payment activity is detected.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ec777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are issued in PKR to the account's promotional balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account without notice.
• ec777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited to accounts and not yet expired will be honoured subject to their stated wagering requirements.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at any one time unless a specific promotion explicitly states that it is combinable with other offers.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using prohibited betting patterns to clear wagering requirements risk-free, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by ec777 — will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Free bets and no-deposit bonuses, where offered, are subject to their own specific terms and are non-transferable, non-withdrawable as cash, and non-combinable unless stated otherwise.

06 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on ec777 — whether on sports markets (cricket, PSL, football, UFC, boxing) or casino games (slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger) — are subject to the following rules:

• A bet is confirmed and binding once ec777's system has accepted and acknowledged it. Bets that have been accepted cannot be cancelled or amended by the user after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error (for sports markets), ec777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the user's account balance.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ec777. Any user found to be engaged in any of the following will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any non-human interface to interact with the ec777 platform, including to place bets or extract data.

• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geo-restrictions or conceal your true location.

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

ec777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ec777 account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

• The account holder has been found to be under 21 years of age.

Upon termination for cause, ec777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Upon termination not related to a breach, any verified balance in the account will be returned to the user via the last-used payment method within a reasonable processing period.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which ec777 holds its international online gaming licence. ec777 operates under an international online gaming licence; details are available upon request from [email protected].

In the event of a dispute between you and ec777, the following resolution process applies:

3. Stage 3 — External Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following Stage 2, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body associated with ec777's gaming licence.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis. Class action proceedings against ec777 are waived to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
